At WebDesign Marketing21, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of digital products and customized services, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
✅ Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet commenced or entered the development phase.
- A major delay in delivery caused by us (exceeding the agreed timeline by 30+ working days, excluding delays caused by the client).
- The delivered work is completely different from what was outlined and agreed upon in the project scope, and no satisfactory resolution can be achieved after revision attempts.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Once the service or project has begun.
- For digital products that have already been delivered or shared.
- Client changes their mind after work has started.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission, unresponsive communication).
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences if the work is in line with the approved brief or concept.
- If revisions were offered and rejected without valid cause.
🔁 Revisions Instead of Refunds
Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the initial work, we will offer up to 2–3 rounds of revisions depending on your package to make it right.
📄 Project Cancellation by Client
- If you choose to cancel your project after making a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If significant work has already been completed, additional charges may apply to cover time and resources spent.
📦 Returns for Physical Products
We do not sell physical products, therefore returns are not applicable.
