📦 Service Delivery Scope
As a digital service provider, all deliverables (websites, designs, marketing materials, etc.) are provided electronically via:
- Email (e.g., PDFs, JPGs, MP4s, links)
- Google Drive or other secure cloud storage
- Project-specific platforms (if applicable)
🕒 Delivery Timeline
- The estimated delivery timeline is outlined in your project proposal or invoice.
- Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project, client response time, and revision rounds.
- Typical delivery timelines range from 3–21 working days, depending on the service type.
📄 Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, the client must:
- Provide complete content, images, branding materials, and necessary credentials (e.g., domain/hosting access) before work begins.
- Respond promptly to design approvals, feedback requests, or additional queries.
Delays in providing materials or approvals may result in postponed delivery.
🔁 Revisions & Final Handover
- Projects typically include 1–3 revision rounds (as stated in your service package).
- Once the final version is approved, all files or access links will be delivered digitally.
- For website projects, final deployment or transfer to your server will be arranged after final payment.
🔒 File Retention
We retain your project files for up to 30 days after final delivery. After that, we may delete files unless otherwise arranged.
🌍 International Delivery
All services are digital and can be delivered worldwide. No physical shipping is involved.
