3. Deliverables & Revisions

  • A limited number of revisions are included (as stated in your proposal). Additional changes may incur fees.
  • We deliver files in the formats agreed (e.g., website files, design files, content).

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must supply all required content, logos, text, images, and access credentials promptly.
  • Delays in providing required materials may affect timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Until full payment is made, all work remains the intellectual property of WebDesign Marketing21.
  • Rights to use or modify the final project are transferred upon full payment unless stipulated otherwise.
  • You may not resell or distribute our work without permission.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Termination

  • Projects canceled before work begins may be subject to a partial refund (minus deposit).
  • Refunds are generally not available if work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

7. Confidentiality

  • All project-related information is treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed.
  • We will not share sensitive client details with third parties except as necessary to complete the service.

  • We provide our services “as is” and do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. rankings or traffic volumes).
